What is your role at linkyard and what does your work involve?

I help companies structure knowledge, processes, and collaboration in a sustainable way. As a Business Analyst, I connect business requirements with technical solutions, acting as an interface between business and IT.

Describe your career path.

My professional career began in a commercial environment – with training in tourism and roles in export and customer service. There, I first encountered the introduction of an ERP module and an online reporting solution – my entry into business informatics.

Afterwards, I studied business administration and focused on virtual collaboration in my thesis. The move into IT was then a logical next step: As an Application Manager for ERP systems, I led various IT projects, building my technical expertise in a practical way and later deepening it with two CAS degrees.

Today, I see myself as a generalist who connects people, processes, and systems. A structured approach, clear communication, and sustainable knowledge management are particularly important to me.

How would you describe yourself in one sentence?

"A picture is worth a thousand words" – which is why I try to make complex things understandable and visually tangible.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

For me, creativity isn't just a hobby, it's part of everyday life. Whether it's stamping, drawing, painting, or sewing – I love creating something with my hands that you can actually hold in the end. For me, it's the perfect balance and also a way to bring joy to others with something personal.

Can you have too many craft stamps?

No. Craft stamps are herd animals – which is why I now have a properly kept herd of around 400 specimens living with me.
