Development of Scrum Master Servant Leadership with SAFe®
As a practicing Scrum Master in a SAFe® organization, you have the tactical skills to coach agile teams to create business value. In the SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master course, you build on this solid foundation and learn how to promote the success of agile teams, agile release trains (ARTs), and the organization. You'll get the guidance and tools you need to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams.
Take your leadership skills to the next level. The SAFe Advanced Scrum Master course gives you the tools you need to improve your coaching and moderation skills, avoid common missteps, and promote continuous improvement. You'll learn how to apply Lean, Kanban, DevOps, and SAFe principles to improve team and business results. You improve your moderation skills for important Agile and Scaled Agile Framework® events, whether in person or across teams and time zones. And you'll discover how communities of practice can support continuous improvement.

The trainers
Neil is the contact person for interfaces between IT and business. He holds a Master of Arts in Management, Organization & Culture University from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is certified as a SCRUM Product Owner, SAFe Product Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.

Johanna Ackermann is our contact person for change management processes. As a trained industrial engineer, she was able to help create value streams, work in various agile organizations and has several years of experience as a product owner. She is certified as SAFe Practitioner (SPC), SAFe Product Owner/Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.

Additional information:
- The course only takes place on site in Bern with a minimum of 3 participants, otherwise it will be held remotely
- We have special conditions for companies (5 or more participants) and can also carry out the training on site at your premises
