What is your role at Synemos and what does your work involve?
As a Business Development and Marketing Executive, I am building our presence in Vietnam. This involves combining Business Development, Sales, and Marketing: I identify customers and partners, build relationships, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. A key part of my work is to bridge the gap between the Swiss and Southeast Asian markets.

Describe your career path
My career has taken me through hospitality, finance, and technology – always with a focus on business development, sales, and customer relationships. Working in international teams, I've learned: Business goals are often similar, but how trust is built and communication happens depends heavily on culture and mindset. That's precisely what makes international collaboration so appealing to me – and it's one of the reasons I'm excited Synemos to establish in Vietnam.

How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
I'll leave that up to you – I'm looking forward to getting to know the team.

What brings you joy in your free time?
I enjoy reading, especially philosophy – exploring ideas from different perspectives fascinates me. I equally enjoy aimlessly strolling through cities, discovering hidden cafes or quiet corners that even locals often don't know about. Each of these small discoveries feels like a little treasure.

What question do you think people should ask each other more often?
"What is the most valuable lesson you've learned so far?"
