The trainers

Neil is the contact person for interfaces between IT and business. He holds a Master of Arts in Management, Organization & Culture University from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is certified as a SCRUM Product Owner, SAFe Product Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.

Johanna Ackermann is our contact person for change management processes. As a trained industrial engineer, she was able to help create value streams, work in various agile organizations and has several years of experience as a product owner. She is certified as SAFe Practitioner (SPC), SAFe Product Owner/Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.

Additional information:

• The course only takes place on site in Bern with a minimum of 3 participants, otherwise it will be held remotely
• We have special conditions for companies (5 or more participants) and can also carry out the training on site at your premises
