This course teaches project management principles and uses practical examples to show how to avoid stumbling blocks. In addition to methodological principles, emphasis is placed on imparting practical experience from our senior project managers. Decision-making aids should also be provided on the choice of settlement methodology. Learning curves should therefore be conveyed to an interested audience. It is also planned that questions can be asked to the speakers in the sense of an ERFA round.
