He has experience in project management, business analysis and data analysis. His expertise includes ICT consulting, requirements engineering and process optimization. He has worked in various areas such as public administration, financial services and healthcare.

Michal is certified as a Certified SAFe Scrum Master, has the HERMES 2022 Foundation certificate and is a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering. Other certifications include Python 3 and SQL-3.
