Daniel: An analyst with a passion for structure and depth

What is your role at linkyard and what will your work involve?
As an “ICT consultant/project manager”, I support our customers in their various challenges in project business. My passion and therefore also my core competence lies in the early stages of the projects: When it comes to creating an overall overview and working out the core of the problem. The right question is often half the answer. In these activities, my roles as a project manager, consultant, business analyst and, as experience has shown, sometimes as a moderator, will regularly merge.
Describe your career
After studying electrical engineering, I went straight into project management, back then working on building automation in critical infrastructure. Their higher-level control systems led me to network and soon software technology. In addition to the technical challenges, the framework conditions of public administration always had to be considered. During a two-year assignment for Migros Group quality management, I got to know first-hand the interrelationships and processes in a large corporation. The agile approach is a recent development both in police operations centers and in food quality management. At linkyard, I would like to bring these topics together: targeted cooperation for practical solutions in a highly regulated, partly federally organized environment.
