Our new ICT architect Alessandro: The engineer who designs corporate architectures

What is your role at Linkyard and what will your work look like?
I am an engineer and at linkyard consulting I work as an ICT architect, consultant and project manager. My job as an engineer is to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, secure, and legally compliant enterprise-class architectures.
Describe your career path
I have a master's degree in computer science and engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and an MBA from the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI Lugano). I have more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and specialize in architecture, data platforms and innovation management. I have successfully led projects in public administration, financial services, industry, e-commerce, energy and environment.
How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
A professional who knows how to listen to the customer's needs.
What do you enjoy about your free time?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, I love art and culture, I enjoy cooking and staying fit.
