Your HERMES 2022 Advanced course

Target audience

This course is aimed at experienced project managers with good knowledge of project management and HERMES who would like to successfully obtain the “HERMES 2022 Advanced” certificate.

In this course, you will learn how to manage and manage a project in accordance with HERMES 2022.

The course specifically prepares you for the Advanced Certification Exam. After passing the exam, you will receive the recognized “HERMES 2022 Advanced” certificate.

Who is your trainer?

Jerome is an experienced project manager who has worked both in small structures (SMEs) and in large companies. Jérôme introduced HERMES as a project methodology at Swiss Post and trained more than 200 project managers. As a member of HERMES' ECH specialist group for over 10 years, Jérôme has been able to follow the development of HERMES and is also informed about future developments.

‍Are there any prerequisites?

Very good knowledge of project management and HERMES as well as substantial practical experience in a leading or controlling role in projects are required.

The “HERMES 2022 Foundation” certificate is not a requirement for the HERMES 2022 Advanced exam.

However, the entire substance of the HERMES 2022 Foundation is relevant for the HERMES 2022 Advanced exam. For this reason, we recommend that you attend the following course in advance or learn the subject matter on your own.

How does certification work?

Please send us your date of birth and hometown when you register. We need this information to register for the exam. On the day of the exam, you need an official photo ID for authentication.

Date of audit

TÜV SÜD gives you the opportunity to take the exam within a three-day time window (Friday to and including Sunday). This time window takes place at least once a month.

Registration

The HERMES 2022 Advanced exam takes place online. With your email address (which you provide when registering for the course), TÜV Süd will invite you to the registration/exam with a link. As soon as you have registered, there is a fee for the exam, even if it is not completed. When registering, please indicate that the invoice should go to linkyard consulting AG.

Exam results and certificate

Immediately after the exam, you can see in the system whether you have passed the exam or not. The final decision on awarding the certificate is only made after the review. You will then receive your certificate via email.

• The course only starts from 6 participants took place on site in Bern.
• We have special conditions for companies (6 or more participants) and can also carry out the training on site with you
