In August, the Office for Spatial Development of the Canton Schwyz began implementing the eBau project. The management is processing the electronically submitted building applications economically and paperlessly via the procured IT system. The joint bid submitted by linkyard ag and Adfinis SyGroup AG was able to clearly assert itself against the competition in the public procurement process.
The Office for Spatial Development of Canton Schwyz evaluated a realisation partner for the eBau project within the framework of a public procurement procedure in accordance with GATT/WTO. Within the framework of the project, an IT system for the electronic handling of the building application process will be implemented. In the future, citizens and project authors in the Canton Schwyz will be able to enter their building applications online. At the same time, the authorities’ handling of the procedure, in which numerous municipal, cantonal and external specialist offices are involved, will also be carried out electronically. In addition, numerous third-party systems will now be operated via automatic interfaces.
The joint offer of linkyard ag and Adfinis SyGroup AG was successful in the public procurement process. The solution, based on the CAMAC standard solution already established on the market, was convincing thanks to its excellent cost-effectiveness. CAMAC is open source and is being further developed by an intercantonal community.
Adfinis SyGroup acts as general contractor, linkyard is responsible for the overall project management on the supplier side. The cooperation between linkyard and the Adfinis SyGroup, which has already been successfully established in other projects, also proved its worth in this bidding process. The project started in August 2017.
